I was dealing with a lot of messy personal life issues and school has started once again so I was awfully distracted this week :(
This led to a lot of binging, a lot of smoking, a lot of drinking, and a lot of negative attitudes. Basically, I wasn’t practicing the radical self-love that I preach so much about.
Now that school is back, I will be posting a lot of advice on time management...

I'm back!
I doubt anyone remembers me since it’s been 4 months since I’ve posted. Oh dear. I’m also surprised to see I’ve actually gained a lot of followers during my absence - hello lovelies!
So here is what’s new since my last post:
I went from 160 lb to 142 lb, but after the holidays, I’m back up at 146 lb (whoops!)

Sorry I haven't been on much.
My eating and exercise routine has been nonexistent ever since getting my wisdom teeth out. I’m waiting for the doctor’s green light tomorrow for exercise. As for my eating, it’s still tedious since I can barely eat solids.

I feel like I’ve lost so much weight because I can’t eat anything.
But that means that I’ve probably lost a bunch of muscle weight.
And the fat is still there.

I guess I’m really lucky with this whole wisdom teeth situation. I haven’t experienced any extreme pain or anything… just a bit of soreness.
I think I’m going to try and go to the gym tomorrow. 30 minutes of weight lifting and 30 minutes of cardio… I think that will be all right for my first day back. Hopefully I’ll feel up for it tomorrow!

Having your wisdom teeth taken out is NOT the business. I probably only ate 600 calories today - and that’s me rounding up. There hasn’t been too much pain, but that (along with swelling) usually appears the 2nd and 3rd day.
And most of all, I really miss working out :(
