I was dealing with a lot of messy personal life issues and school has started once again so I was awfully distracted this week :(
This led to a lot of binging, a lot of smoking, a lot of drinking, and a lot of negative attitudes. Basically, I wasn’t practicing the radical self-love that I preach so much about.
Now that school is back, I will be posting a lot of advice on time management and eating healthy on a college campus. I strolled into the cafeteria at my school the other day and was absolutely appalled at the lack of healthy choices. The next several days, I will post about fast and easy and (most importantly) healthy lunches that you can pack!
