Roasted broccoli: one of the easiest, yummiest, and most nutritious dishes ever!
- Cut up and clean the broccoli heads
- Drizzle with a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil (just enough to lightly coat all of it - or you can spray it with Pam)
- Season with kosher salt, black pepper, dried basil, and garlic powder
- Toss in the oven that’s been pre-heated to 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes
Just make sure not to overcook the broccoli. If you do, then it will lose a lot of its nutritional value.
