Hello, dear!

I love salads and I often snack on a small bowl from time to time. I think everyone should make an effort to make them a part of their regular diet, because it’s such an easy way to get your servings of veggies (and even fruit). 

As for scales, I prefer a regular one, but simply because they’re just more available to me. I particularly love the old fashioned one in my gym - the one where you have to move the blocks around to figure out your weight. It just… I don’t know, makes your weight and your progress that more tangible. I love the feeling of being able to go a notch lower and lower and lower.
